The originality of this trek comes from the fact that you cross three different regions: Annapurna, Mustang and Narphu valley. In Mustang you are very close to the Tibetan Chinese border. You are surrounded by the highest Himalayan peaks: the Dhaulagiri 8167m, the Manaslu 8163m and the Annapurna 8091m. After passing Lo-Manthang, a fortified town with numerous monasteries and the king's residence, you cross the superb glacial valley of the Damodar Himal at an altitude of 4890m. By crossing the Saribung pass at 5730m you reach the highest point of the trek. A difficult high altitude circuit, demanding and requiring very good physical condition.
Throughout the trek, magnificent landscapes, often grandiose, are revealed to you: canyons, glacier valley, high peaks including the Saribung Peak 6346m, hermitages, monasteries and authentic villages.
The return is made by the isolated valley of Nar-Phu with splendid views from Phu.
