Itineray (01)

Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu(1350m./4264ft.)
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. Our airport representative will welcome you and give you further details of the program. There are no planned activities for your arrival day, so check into the hotel, get your bearings and enjoy your overnight at lodge.

Day 02: Visit to Boudhanath Pashupatinath and Swayambhunath. Evening briefing about trek.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Jiri/Shivalaya (1770m). Duration: 5-6 hours.

Vehicule jeep depart around 6am, Running from Kathamandu via Dhulikhel, Lamosangu and Charikot Bazaar to Jiri/Shivalaya. From Kathmandu Drive for the 190Km. Journey to Jiri (1995m). There is clutch of lodges and enjoy your overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Jiri/Shivalaya to Deurali-Bhandar (2190m.) Cross via from Deurali (2710m.) Duration: 6 hours. 

From Shivalaya the steep ascent begins to Mane Danda and Sangbadanda (2240m). The village has a school and , of course lots of schoolchildren. Be careful following the dirt road to find the trail for Khasrubas (2300m). The wooded trail climbs up to Deurali (2700m). with a few lodges, and then down to Bander by the local way.since the new roads make it confusing Bhander (2190m). Overnight lodge.

Day 05: Bhandar to Goli (2450m.)-Duration: 5-6 hours.
Now is new road construction till villages and the route descends sometimes steply, to the likhu Khola valley with it's fruit trees.The trail keeps close to the Likhu Khola.The river is crossed on a suspension bridge 2 hours from Bhandar. We across the smaller khola is Likhu (1530m). and then we walk up via Chaulakharka to till Goli Gumba (2450m). Overnight lodge.

Day 06: Goli to pikey lodge  (3700m.) -Duration: 5-6 hours.
Trekking towards Pikey Lodge the trail continues through the forest of rododendrons which gradually transforms into a vast land. The view of the mountains of Khumbu is magnificent. Many Mani (stone walls engraved with Buddhist mantras) and an immense stupa in mossy stones (instead of Lhamuje) testify to the age of this path. Arrival at the lodge near the cheese factory - a total of 5 hours walking. Overnight lodge.

Day 07: Pikey base lodge to Pikey Khop (3500m.)- Duration: 4-5 hours.
Trekking to Pikey peak (4070m) and Pikey khop (3520m). Duration: 1 hour climb to the top of Pikey Peak where we have a fantastic panorama of the Himalayan range. On a clear day you can see every 8000mtrs from Nepal, from Kangchanjuga in the east to Dhaulagiri in the west. Steep descent to the Pikeykhop lodge. Overnight lodge.

Day 08: pikey Khop to Junbesi (2700m). -Duration: 5-6 hours.
Easy walk in the forest of the rododendrons until the village of Thaktok then that of Junbesi. Visit to the monastery of Serlo which overlooks the village in Junbesi. Overnight lodge.

Day 09: Junbesi to Ringmo (2720m)/Taksindu La (3070m.) Duration: 5-6 to hours.

After a good climb up to Phurteng and a final view of Mount Everest, the trail descends towards the Dudhkunda Khola river before climbing back to the village of Ringmu / Taksindo surrounded by many orchards. Overnight lodge.

Day 10: Ringmu-Taksindu to Nunthala  (2360m.)-Duration: 4-5 hours.
The route crosses the Dudhakunda Khola and immediately starts the climb to Takshindu monastery (2930m). The trail descends the vast hilside of Manidingma (2194m). to the milky waters of the Dudh Koshi.
Overnight lodge.

Day 11: Nunthala to Bupsa (2360m). -Duration: (2360m). Duration: 5-6 hours.

From Nunthala we descends crosses via Jubing (1680m). Dudh Koshi Khola, and colourful Rai people. Another steep and unrelenting ascent begins a choice of path to Kharikhola (2070m). From Kharikhola the route climbs up to the Bupsa (2350m). Overnight lodge.

Day 12: Bupsa-Puiyan to Surkhe (2350m)- Duration: 6 hours.
From Bupsa ridge steply and knackering climb up. Take a break before continuing in dense forest to Khari/Kanre. The trail for Puiyan to Surkhe itself well hidden in damp, creepy, dense forest, where the sun fails to penetrate. There are a couple of lodges at Chausa/Cheubas before route of climbs to the Chutok La (also called Puiyan La). With glimpses of Lukla through the trees, the path begins a considerable descent to the farming settlement of Surkhe (2350m). and some lodge. Overnight lodge.

Day 13: Surkhe-Chulakharka-Jorsale (2850m)-Duration: 6 hours.
Beyond Surkhe is the trail junction for Lukla. Head right and up for Lukla or ahead and then walk up Chaurikharka (2590m). The main trail is just ahead at Choplung and with it the trail follows the Dudh Koshi Valley with to Phakding, Toktok, Benkar, Chumoa, Manjo to Jorsale (2850m). We can see magnificent village and small mountains from here. Overnight lodge.

Day 14: Jorsale to Namche Bazar(3450m.)-Duration: 3-4 hours. 

We follow the Dudh Koshi, ascending through Himalayan pine and cedar forests, to the celebrated village of Namche Bazaar. 

Day 15: Namche Bazar- acclimatisation journey livre.
The village of Namche is a historic trading post where Nepalese and Tibetan traders exchange salt, dried meat and textiles. Besides being a splendid destination to shop for traditional crafts, Namche remains the central trading post in the Khumbu that attracts Himalayan and lowland merchants. You will spend two days at Namche for acclimatization, visit local markets and spend time with your team. On the hike we capture our first glimpses of Everest and neighboring peaks. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 16: Namche to Tengboche (3870m). -Duration: 4-5 hours.
There are several trails from Namche to Tengboche. From Namche the trals steply climb up, the  path drops through the Teshinga and steply down Below Lawichasa to Phunki Tenga (3250m). A line of water driven prayer wheels are the star turn here. Now, we walk up through the juniper and Rododendrons forest to Tengboche monastery (3860m). Overnight lodge. Day

Day 17: Tengboche to Dingboche (4400m.)-Duration: 5-6 hours.
From Tengboche, follows the Pheriche trail far as Orsho, and take the lower path along the west bank of the Imja Khola. We cross to small bridge over the Khumbu river at 4130m and then climb up beside the river for about an hour to the scattered hotel and lodge of Dingboche (4360m). From here, we can see magnificent views snowcapped summits of Island Peak (Imja Tse; (6189m). Peak 38 (7591m). and Lhotse (8501m). which has quite a few good lodges and Overnight lodge.

Day 18: Dingboche to visit around Chukhung (4750m.) and to Dingboche (4400m.)- Journey Acclimatisation-Duration: 4-5 hours  


Day 19: Dingboche to Labuche (4930m.)- Duration: 5 hours.
Once past the ridge (Stupa), an altitude alpine leads to Thukla (4620m). At the foot of the moraine of the Khumbu glacier. Climb this moraine to reach a pass (Thukla pass, numerous flags) and then Lobuche.

Day 20: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5140)-Duration: 3 hours.
At first easy and then painful trail in the middle of the morainic scree of Khangri Glaicier. Arrival at Gorakshep, then climb (eventually) to the Kalapattar (5545m.) (Trail, laces at the beginning) 2-3 hours to go back to Gorakshep, 2 hours to climb to Kalapattar. Fast descent to the lodges (1 hour to 30 min).

Day 21: Gorak shep to Kala Patthar (5545m.)- Gorak shep. Duration: 2-3 hours.

Rise in Kalapattar (5545m.) Magnifique view on Everest Ice full, Nuptse (7879m), and Pomari. Duration: 2-3 hours.

Day 22: Gorak shep to camp de base Everest (5365m).
Chaotic journey through the moraine then on the Khumbu glacier to the base camp of Everest. 4-5 hours round trip. Alternatively: Lobuche / Kalapattar and return to Lobuche during the day, or conversely, as described above, 2 nights in Gorakshep. lobuche -Duration: 6 hours.

Day 23: Lobuche - Pheriche (4240m.)- Duration: 3-4 hours.
From Lobuche, we count one day to get off at Pheriche / Pangbuche From Gorak Shep it is better to plan to stop at Pheriche. Overnight lodge.

Day 24: Pheriche to Pangboche (4050m). -Duration: 3-4 hours.
From Lobuche, count one day to get off at Pheriche / Pangbuche From Gorak Shep it is better to plan to stop at Dingboche or Pangbuche. Overnight lodge.

Day 25: Pangboche to Phortse (3810m). -Duration: 3-4 hours.
From Pangboche the trail to Phortse is demanding, with some short section of narrow path. With a few short descends. It presents stunning magnificent views of Mt. Everest.

Day 26: Phorte to Khumjung (3790m.)-Duration: 4-5 hours.

Day 27: Khumjung-Namche Bazar to Phakding (2610)-Duration: 5-6 hours.

Day 28: Phakding to Lukla (2840)-Duration: 3-4 hours.

Day 29: Lukla to kathmandu by flight and Ktm. free day.

Day 30: Journey security in Kathmandu free day.

Day 31: Departure from Kathmandu

Day 04: Flight, Kathmandu to Phaplu (2480m.) and walk easy to trek  Ringmu lodge (2750m.)- Duration: 3 to 4 hours.

Day 05: Ringmu to Nunthala (2200m.) cross via Taksindou (3080m.)- Duration: 6 hours.

Day 06: Nunthala/Khari Khola to Bupsa (2360m.)-Duration: 6 hours.

Day 07: Bupsa/Puiyan to Surkhe (2300m.)-Duration: 6 hours.

Day 08: Surkhe/Chaurikharka to Jorsale (2850m)-Duration: 6 hours.

Jiri to Everest base camp

A trek on the iconic Everest base camp trail. A route taken by the famous Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenjing Norgay in the conquest of the "roof of the world". This popular but difficult circuit requires good physical condition and a habit of altitude. You are in the heart of the Himalayas in a spectacular and gigantic environment.

Several routes are possible. Starting from Jiri / Sivalaya you ensure a very good acclimatization.

The path crosses alpine forests, glacial rivers, Sherpa villages with a traditional way of life. You can visit monasteries, symbols of Buddhist culture. Then you climb gently to pass the Kala Pattar 5545m pass before arriving at Everest base camp.
