Registration for one of our circuits implies acceptance of our general conditions.
In all of our travels,
The price includes :
- Land transfers and domestic flights;
- Supervision by a French-speaking Nepalese guide;
- The assistance of a Nepalese team for your trekking (guide assistants, porters, etc.);
- Accommodation and meals as described in the program;
- Trekking permits and access rights to the parks;
The price does not include:
- International air transport and airport taxes;
- Insurance and assistance;
- Visa fees;
- Meals not included in the program;
- The entrances to the sites;
- Drinks, personal expenses and tips;
- Showers in lodges (200 to 300 NPR / shower);
- The single room supplement (hotel only).
All information and advice to travelers are provided (vaccine, visa, etc.), we are at your disposal for more information but without responsibility on our part.
For each participant you will be asked to provide us with their last name, first name, gender and date of birth as well as their passport number with the dates of issue and expiration. We will ask you to send us by email or fax a copy of each participant's passport.
A 25% deposit (non-refundable) of the total cost of the trip is required. This deposit confirms hotels, domestic flights and other reservations.
The balance due is made on the day of arrival. However, we may ask you to make full payment before your arrival if necessary, especially for Tibet, Boutan and India. We reserve the right to cancel your trip if the amount due is not paid before departure or on the day of arrival.
Mt. Jannu Adventures is part of a network of government agencies. Our agency is qualified and recognized to perform the functions for which it has joined. It cannot be held responsible for injuries, damage, loss, delays or irregularities that may occur outside its remit.
It is important to note that traveling to Nepal is like adventures travel. This can result in some flexibility in the program. The proposed route is an indication but not a contractual obligation. We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of international and national flights, government decisions, weather conditions or other unforeseeable serious circumstances. If an event results in a change of program it is the responsibility of Mt Jannu Adventures to provide appropriate alternatives which may be agreed upon. We will try to the extent of our means to find solutions, without additional cost on our part. If no agreement can be reached, our agency will reimburse after deduction of the expenses already incurred. No refunds will be given for personal convenience or comfort. We may have to cancel cultural visits in the event of force majeure such as a natural disaster or political unrest. We will then reimburse all payments made to us. We are not required to reimburse any additional expenses you may have incurred individually, such as insurance, visas, vaccinations and other personal expenses. Any illegal act committed during the stay will terminate our contract. No reimbursement will be made in this case.
It is not uncommon for bad weather in mountainous regions to cause delays in domestic flights, especially in the regions of Lukla, Jomsom, Phaphlu, Simikot, Dolpo and Kanchenjunga. In this case, we will cover the additional accommodation costs if the cost is covered by the day's budget. Our agency gives itself the right to re-route participants by land transport in case of prolonged delay. Because of these vagaries related to the weather, we strongly advise you to plan 1 or 2 days of beat on the duration of your stay.
All participants must be in good health and in good physical condition. Especially for trekking and mountaineering races a good knowledge of your level is necessary.
Any preexisting medical problem must be reported before departure.
We strongly advise you to check that you have assistance covering medical costs abroad, repatriation, search, rescue and mountain evacuation costs in the event of bodily injury, illness or disaster. natural or otherwise.
Mt. Jannu Adventures and all its team of professionals will do everything to offer you a trip in the best possible conditions. However, the comfort you may be used to in your country will not necessarily be there in Nepal. This gives your trip all its authenticity! Many uncertain factors will influence the course of your Nepalese journey. Your patience, the acceptance of more rustic comfort, mutual respect and the benevolence of our team will ensure you an unforgettable trip. Your safety and well-being is our main concern.
